All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).
Singapore Shipping
Standard Delivery
Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Express Delivery

International Shipping

Incorrect Shipping Information

Beyond Kind is not responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will assist in investigating the matter with the courier.
Please note that parcels marked as "Delivered" by the courier may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged Parcels
We take great care in packaging every order.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel and provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the case and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Restrictions

Beyond Kind reserves the right to cancel and refund orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping limitations.
