Returns
We currently do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Please read all product descriptions, measurements, and installation instructions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
We will assess each case individually and provide an appropriate resolution.

Magnetic Playwall
Due to the nature of peel-and-stick products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect installation
- Damage caused during installation or removal
- Unsuitable wall surfaces
- Wall paint damage resulting from wall conditions, paint quality, or improper application
- Normal wear and tear
Every wall and paint finish is different. While our Playwall is designed to be removable, Beyond Kind cannot guarantee damage-free removal on all surfaces.
We recommend applying the Playwall only to smooth, clean, fully cured painted walls and following all installation instructions carefully.

Sunscreen & Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, sunscreen and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds
Refunds may be approved for:
- Damaged products received upon delivery
- Defective products
- Incorrect items sent by Beyond Kind
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been packed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed for dispatch, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Items purchased during promotional periods, clearance sales, or with discount codes are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
